Digital Rental Agreement

To ensure a seamless and contactless pickup experience at Norfolk International Airport, our full, legally binding Rental Agreement is provided digitally during the checkout process via our secure Fleetwire booking portal.

What’s Required Before Pickup

Proof of full-coverage personal auto insurance (uploaded during digital check-in)
Valid driver’s license (renter must be at least 25 years old)
Credit card for security deposit hold
Acceptance of the digital Rental Agreement provided by Fleetwire
