You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. Reservations made through the Site are subject to availability and confirmation by ORF Jeep Rental.

3. Reservations & Rental Agreement

All vehicle rentals are governed by a separate, legally binding Rental Agreement provided digitally during checkout via our booking partner Fleetwire. Acceptance of those terms is required before pickup.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Beach 4×4 LLC and is protected by applicable copyright laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORF Jeep Rental and Beach 4×4 LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site.
